Unfair Treatment
Everyone wants to be treated fairly. Unfortunately the idea of absolute fairness does not exist. “Fairness” is relative to the person or institution defining fairness. The jury who finds the defendant guilty will always be viewed by the defendant and his/her lawyers as unfair. And of course the game winning call by the referee will be seen by the losing team as blatantly bias. Everyone at one time or another receives unfair treatment. That is the nature of society. Extreme anger in the face of unfairness usually causes more damage and does not address the unfairness.
If extreme anger as the result of unfair treatment has complicated your life, consider more effective responses by learning anger management skills.
